Tod Goodyear, a spokesman for the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, told Newsweek Carpenter first spotted the toddler alone on a driveway. According to Fox 35, the child was seen wearing nothing but a diaper. Goodyear further explained to Newsweek the driver first attempted to make contact with those inside the home....
