The scoreboard is one facet of the Garden's three-year, $1 billion renovation. The full set will be unveiled to the public on Oct. 25 at a Knicks preseason game. The Rangers have been on the road while the last phase is completed.

Ironically (or not), another new feature are the so-called "fan bridges" which are essentially more than 400 seats suspended from the ceiling. It's a glorified 500 level that blocks other ticketholders' view of the scoreboard — so they get the smaller screens, but not the big ones.
