Papagiannis told Sports Illustrated on June 30 that he was still weighing his options.

“There’s a chance I’ll stay here, and there’s a chance I’ll go there,” he said. “I have made a list with four schools: N.C. State, Kentucky, St. John’s and Oregon.”

The 7-1, 275-pound Papagiannis, who played one season of high school basketball in Pennsylvania, returned last year to Greece. He was a member of the country’s Under-19 national team and last month, signed with Greek professional team Panathinaikos.

Papagiannis told SI he’s interested in entering the 2016 NBA Draft. If he’s able to contribute in Greece this year, he could be an intriguing option for teams next year.
