Images of the remains, which were found at Harlyn Bay in Cornwall, were posted to Facebook by a local environmental group called Beach Guardian CIC on Tuesday. In the pictures, the mammal appeared to be missing chunks of its bottom half and many of its bones were visible. Rob Stevenson, who works at Beach Guardian, did not speculate on how it died, but told Cornwall Live that residents should be careful around the remains....

Many of these migrants reach Greece after departing from Turkey. Asylum seekers from the five countries specified by Greece should seek protection in Turkey instead because they “are not in any danger…due to their race, religion, citizenship, political beliefs or membership in some particular social group,” according to the decree....

The nation’s largest mall in Bloomington, Minnesota, went into lockdown on August 4 after shots were fired into a Nike store. The ad digitally removes the mascot and name from the broadcast. The premise is to demonstrate that if the Redskins were stripped of their name and mascot, they would still make the same great plays, this season notwithstanding. Snake catcher Nick Evans—who owns a snake removal and rescue service in Greater Durban—said on Facebook that a family had just returned home from a trip when they found an “unexpected surprise.” One of the family members spotted a “long black thing” by her bedroom door and thought it was a belt at first.
